All of the work has been done; interior roads cleared with 15 homesites surveyed and registered (titled) for individual ownership. A pond for tilapia was excavated along the stream and a picnic area created around the pond. A large, flat area of two acres is now cleared for growing food for the community and areas has been identified for raising cattle, pigs and chickens.
A rough caretaker / picker home is on the property and has running water, bathroom and solar lighting. Several building sites, along with a new site for the resident caretaker have been prepared.
At this point the project needs new energy and blood. The current owners have moved on to other things and thus the farm is for sale. We are offering the farm for sale at what we have invested to find someone interesting in continuing the project development.
