Ever Flowing Spring Farm
County Road 31 : Eufaula, AL 36027
Henry County, Alabama
Farm Description
This is quite easy to get to retreat. The 24'x36' barn is only about one year old. It has roughed out living quarters with plumbing ran through the slab. The windows are higher-end and energy-efficient. It would not take a lot to finish this into a comfortable place to stay. Most of the property is wooded in natural growth pine and hardwood. There are many white oak trees along the stream that actually begins on the property right behind the new barn. The owner says that over the last 20 years owning this place that this spring has never stopped running strong out of the ground. He says they routinely drink from this springhead, and that it is the best tasting water anywhere. The owner told me that he had it checked for building a pond and was told that it would easily make a 4- acre fish-pond. He went on to tell me that there is plenty of deer and turkey. From the way, it sounds there is little hunting pressure on or around this property. It basically has been a sanctuary for the last 20 years with minimal hunting allowed.
Recreation:
This is a good small hunting tract with a great pond site. There are several acres that are mostly cleared and could work for a few horses too. You could have riding trails all over this 38-acres.
