Located just outside the Adirondack Park, this 16 x 24' camp has lots of potential and is ready to finish to your liking. The bottom floor is open with a sleeping loft above. Currently off grid, the cabin uses a generator for power and has a case well and composting toilet. (Power is available nearby, if you decide to add electric power.) The all-wooded lot is a mix of maple, beech and birch trees with some areas of white pine and hemlock and several hundred feet of river frontage on Otter Creek. Trails wind throughout the property and lead to a scenic wildlife pond. Looking out over the Black River Valley, the property is located off a paved road and offers direct access to ATV and snowmobile trails. The land is near the Black River, the Independence River, Otter Creek State Forest and the Otter Creek Horse trail system, offering plenty of recreational opportunities from hunting and fishing to horseback riding, kayaking and hiking.
