The SIX Mile Retreat is a special place set in the southern Big Belt Mountains near the famed Sixteen Mile Creek and the Missouri River. The property is touching up against one of Ted Turners Prime Elk Hunting Ranches. This 160 acres has some amazing herds of elk traveling through it, along with mule and whitetail deer. Six Mile Creek travels through the front of the property where the elk come down to wallow and pheasant and turkey can be seen daily. You are 15 minutes from Canyon Ferry Lake and a half hour from the blue medal trout streams of the Jefferson, Madison and Gallatin.

The main house is set up with beautiful woods, rustic metals, and more natural materials to create a cozy Montana home feel. Enjoy the indoor bbq area with commercial fan all year round. Watch the sunset from the sitting room and relax as you look out to the wildlife in the yard and the Elkhorn Mountains in the distance.

The main house also features a loft bedroom with a metal deck looking to the east out over the Big Belts. It is an ideal place for an office or for grandkids to enjoy and make memories.

The heated 40x50 shop next door offers a lift for cleaning large game, plus kitchenette, bunk bedroom, laundry, bath and currently set up with a kennel in the rear. Potential to change to more bunkhouse living space would be easy to do and gives more room for family and friends.

SIX Mile Retreat is centrally located between Helena, Bozeman and Butte, Montana for easy fly in options and is convenient to Yellowstone National Park.
