Description: This ranch is a true diamond in the rough. The ranch has been under the same ownership for over 60 years. Somewhere way back when, some true thought was given to the construction of earthen stock tanks. There are a total of sixteen (16) earthen stock tanks on the 260 acres. The majority of the earthen stock tanks have been constructed in a manner that allows one stock tank to fill to compacity and then overflow to another stock tank on the property. It is truly impressive to see the thought in the construction behind the surface water on this property. The property is traversed by two (2) underground pipeline easements and two electrical distribution line easements. The property is improved with multiple building structure.
