The design of the log home is a simple cabin style, however the use of full logs for the walls and 12 rounded hand-hewn logs for the ridge and loft make this open concept perfect for family gatherings or just being cozy in front of the fire. Sleeps up to 12+.
Several utility services are located are the home site. Underground propane tank 250 gal. 92 foot well located on North Side. The home's primary heat and A/C is the efficient Geothermal system. The septic tank, pump tank, and septic fields are located on the West side of the homesite.
The Barn is located a small walk from the home site with a 40' x 36' slab of monolithic concrete. The Amish built barn used dimensional lumber for the framing and the green hardwood cut on-site for the shell. The main barn building is 24 feet wide by 36 feet deep and has 16 x 36 shed attached. First floor of barn is 10' to ceiling and the 2nd floor ceiling is to the joists.
The 3 acre pond was designed with a 550ft damn, 14 ft deep, 5 feeder creeks, diffused aeration system and fully stocked.
