Location This tract consists of 560 acres of timberland located in south Wilcox County, Alabama south of Camden and near the Pebble Hill community as shown in the attached maps.Timber This tract features both merchantable and pre-merchantable pine and hardwood timber. The merchantable timber is mostly pine timber with mixed hardwood volumes. Recreation Wilcox County is known for its large whitetail deer and turkey populations and this tract is no exception. The hunting on this property is very good. There is a good network of roads that currently as best traveled by ATV and which are being worked in May 2019 to provide better access Shoal Creek flows through the NE part.Summary This is excellent timber property that also offers very good hunting. As noted, it is very isolated and surrounded by large landowners. Access is currently by permit through Weyerhaeuser from the southwest side. Efforts are underway to establish an alternate access route. The oil and gas mineral rights presently owned will be reserved.
