This beautiful farm was home to one of the most well-known and well-respected farmers in Chilton County's history, Mr. Jimmy Durbin. The property has road frontage on County Road 76 to the far west, County Road 225, and County Road 230 on the south end. There are several gated entrances into the property.

There is a catch pen across the road from the house on County Road 225. The large paddocks have their own water sources in the form of stock ponds.

Timber- There are about 240 acres +/- of timberland on this property. There are areas of large mixed hardwoods and pines, and some pine plantation that looks to need a thinning in the future. The diversity of timber makes great habitat for the wildlife on this tract. I saw deer and turkeys on the day that I took the pictures for this listing.

Water Features- There are 5 small lakes and stock ponds on the property, totaling approximately 7 acres of water for livestock and fishing. The largest lake is approximately 3.5 acres. Little Mulberry Creek is a nice-sized creek that provides year-round water to the property. It is a nice sand and gravel bottom creek. There are a couple of other smaller unnamed streams flowing through the property as well, offering water for the stock or wildlife.

Improvements- The main home is approximately 3750 square feet per the owner. The home was built in the 1970'S and has been remodeled twice since the original construction.
