Wilkins Farm is a 9 house broiler poultry farm for sale located on 65+/- acres in the Vinemont area of Western Cullman County Alabama. The farm is contracted with Ingram's in Cullman growing a 3.85Lb bird on a 35 day grow out. The seller has just completed a set of major upgrades to the farm, and will only need a few more to be on the top pay level. The farm is open pastureland with a pond and a nice creek as well. There is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home located on the property. There are also 2 stack houses, a shop, a large hay barn and three other sheds located on the farm. There are many good potential building sites on the farm. The pasture is fenced and currently has cattle on it.

The poultry houses include six 40×300 houses and three 40×400 houses. Natural gas and city water on the farm. Farm currently uses an incinerator but composters are present on the farm as well.
