Price Reduction. I sold the pine timber off of this tract in 2007 and left all of the beautiful hardwoods. The soil is a sandy loam and there is almost no underbrush making it a fantastic tract to hunt. The primary tree species are red and white oaks, hickory and natural long leaf pine. There are two year round streams running lengthwise through the property. There are several lake sites and the neighbor has a small lake on the main creek. The interior road system is in good shape but you could easily extend it even more. The best thing is that it's is less than five miles from downtown Macon and ten miles from Gray and on a dead end county road. A big portion of this property was previously sold off. Call me to go look, you won't be disappointed.
