Gumm Creek Tract, 611.95+/- acres, is a timber & hunting tract located in southeast Baldwin County. Milledgeville, the rapidly growing county seat and home of Georgia College, is located approximately 7 miles northwest of the property. The property has been intensely managed for trophy whitetail deer with numerous bucks in the 150 B&C to over 180 B&C harvested in the last 10 years.
