This 536 acre hunter's paradise is located less than 30 minutes from downtown Savannah, Ga.The property is in the center of a region known for its historic rice fields and duck hunting. Deltas of the Savannah River and New River lie within natural flyways providing uncompromised shooting during duck season. Native Wood Ducks, Mexican Whistling Ducks, Blue and Green Wing Teal, Widgeon, and Mallards allow you to skip Arkansas and shoot at home. The pine plantation has been meticulously thinned and burned to provide release and wild quail the habitat necessary for the finest low country bird hunt. Deer and turkey are native to the property and provide ample opportunity to limit out yearly. Sunflowers and corn have been planted in alternating row groups to attract local and migratory dove. Weeks before dove season you can sit on your porch and watch the patterns of incoming birds and number your stands for your hunting guests on opening day. If your dreams go beyond hunting, one area of the property has deep water access allowing the owner the ability to construct a dock. This will open up an entirely new venture for the inshore and blue water fisherman. Housing for the owner and guests is provided in the second level of a large metal building. Numerous bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, den and porches front and back allow you to watch the plethora of wild game come in to feed. Enjoy October and November Saturday afternoons watching your favorite SEC football game followed by a late evening deer hunt. The large work shop below can house all of your farm equipment, boats, ATVs, and Rangers. This is one of the few all inclusive hunting retreats of this size close to Savannah and Hilton Head.
