Description: This tract is loaded with deer and turkey. The property has mature hardwoods and pines and is a prime hunting area of Crenshaw County. This tract would make a great timber and recreation investment. There are lots of hills and valleys on the property which is why it is called Mayberry Gulley Road Tract. The valleys make great hunting, and because of the terrain, there are some natural springs on the property. The access is through Rayonier Timber Company; so no deeded easement. But First South Farm Credit said that may not be a problem financing since it is a timber company. The north boundary is fenced, and there is a pretty good road system in place. The property is located in Section 25, Township 7 North, Range 16 East, at latitude 31.5476 longitude -86.4043. Property taxes are only 90.92 per year.
Recreation: Enjoy deer hunting on your own property. Signs of deer are everywhere, and turkey have also been seen on the property. If squirrel hunting is your passion, bring a large hunting vest.
