DESCRIPTION: If you looking for a large timberland tract with excellent recreational opportunity within one hour of Mobile, then this is the tract for you. The Carson Dickinson Tract is located at the end of a county road to provide good access, but still remain very remote. This tract has over 75% acreage in natural mixed pine/hardwood timber.
RECREATION: The natural timber on this property affords the opportunity to deer and turkey hunt as well as chase squirrels and rabbits. The few young pine plantations on the property offer bedding and browse for the wildlife. Bates creek heads up on this property offers an excellent source of water for the wildlife.

LOCATION: Southwest Alabama. Citronelle is 8 miles to the south. Chatom is 25 miles to the north. Mobile is 42 miles to the south. Access: From Citronelle, AL take US Highway 45 north 4.8 miles and turn right onto the Carson Dickinson Road. In 1.8 miles turn left onto Kings Way Road and travel 1.2 miles, then take a left onto Kings Way Extension. Your first access point will be 0.25 miles down Kings Way extension. You can continue along Kings Way Extension for an additional 0.45 miles to the second access point.
