Never hunt on crowded public land again!! This "highly improved" property is located in southern Monroe Co., and western Phillips Co., Arkansas. This is one of the best flooded green timber properties in Arkansas, where limits of ducks can be taken daily. It joins the famous White River National Wildlife Refuge, where Big Cypress Cr., Little Cypress Cr., all converge into Big Creek, just up from where it flows into the White River. Big Woods duck club is 468 acres of mature green timber and 320 acres of WRP lands which offers a smorgasbord of preferred duck foods. There are 7 natural and man-made lakes which offer some of the finest duck hunting and fishing in the state. The native Black Bear of Arkansas is also a common fixture at Big Woods and the previous state record bear was taken on the property. The deer hunting, dove hunting, trapping, and small game are also as fine as one can hope. The clubhouse consists of cypress siding with a metal roof, 3,680 Sq. Ft., sleeps approx. 15, commercial style kitchen, stone fireplace, and a large screened porch with fireplace. There are 3, 8 inch, wells with several water control structures used to flood the property. It also contains a 1500 Sq. Ft. shop that consists of a 5 dog kennel, 1 covered boat house and 2 boat ramps. Several floating duck blinds and deer stands are also included. They don't make them like this anymore. It is very hard to find a property with this many amenities at your fingertips. Contact Robert Eason to view this property!
