The Wildlife Haven is 400 +/- acres of wildlife attracting habitat consisting of 120 tillable and 280 acres of grass and scattered timber.  Add the timbered draws and the 10 spring fed ponds to the mix and there you have it; a wildlife haven.  Trophy bucks and gobblers call this place home since very little hunting pressure has been put on this acreage in the last several years.  Turkey, deer, quail, and waterfowl are just a few species of wildlife that inhabit this tract of land.  Income potential and amount of game this property will hold and attract would make this any hunters dream property.  Most of the ponds are occupied with nice large mouth bass and a few other varieties of fish.  Remember this property is located in what they call Monster Buck Territories, so call me for a a grand tour of this property before it's too late.
