Farm Description
Sunflower Farms is a 64 acre horse farm operation, with 104 acres of additional land, located in Kenosha County. This premier horse farm is made up of numerous high-end barns, three horse arenas, multiple sheds, and high-end homes.
Details:
Welcome Center: Farm's main offices. Arena I: Cover-all arena 72'x 200', heated in winter, sides can be raised in summer. Arena II: 65' x 195' has full length mirrors down one side and a sound system.
Arena III: 100' x 220' cover-all used for hunter/jumper training. Heated, has sound system and a raised indoor viewing area.
Barn A: Airy, heated barn with direct access to both indoor arenas. 12' x 14' stalls, 3 grooming bays, temperature controlled tack room with lockers and hot/cold water wash rack.
Barns B & C: Heated barns connect directly to front office. Individual lockers and hot/cold water wash rack. Stalls have recently been refurbished.
Barn D: 15 stalls, each 12' x 12', attaches to individual 12' x 24' all weather run-out. Individual tack cubbies and outdoor hot/cold water wash rack.
Barn E: 13 stalls, each 12' x 13', rubber matted aisle, large individual tack lockers and a grooming bay. Shares F Barn's wash rack.
Barn F: Recently constructed hunter/jumper barn has 24 stalls, 11' x 15.5', and has direct access to to Arena III. Multiple grooming bays, individual tack lockers and hot/cold indoor/outdoor wash racks.
Barn G: 42 stalls under 2-story ceiling, keeping it cool in summer and warm in winter. 2 wash racks, 6 grooming bays, individual lockers, a kitchen area and boarder lounge.
