Farm Description
Riverbend Ranch: RIVER BEND 10
This property sits at the end of the road, and is in a great hunting area! There is power and phone on site, river frontage, and this parcel borders 10,00O+ acres of public land!
This area is one of the most remote places you can find in our offerings. The properties are over 30 miles from the nearest town, Winnett (pop 300) and about 130 miles north of Billings.
Many of these properties border 1000's of acres of public Land. The property is south of Fort Peck Lake along the Musselshell River. We have several parcels available, many bordering the river and public land. This is an area known for excellent hunting for deer, elk, antelope, turkey and upland game birds. Pheasants are everywhere!
Year 'round access can be tough due to the "Gumbo" which is found on most of the roads here. Folks do live here year-round, but sometimes they stay close to home for a few days waiting for roads to dry out! Spring is usually the worst time when the ground is thawing after a long winter.
Many of these properties have power on site and county road frontage.
