The ranch exhibits rolling hills of the TExas Hill Country with whitebrush and other high protein vegetation typical of South Texas. There is also live oak, shin oak, mountain laurel, persimmon, some cedar and native grasses. Elevations vary from 1,836 feet to 2,375 feet.
General Information:
The Morgan Ranch is situated along the southern edge of the Edwards Plateau; the land has rugged hills, deep draws, and limestone outcroppings. The rugged beauty of this ranch makes it seem much larger than its 1,239 acres. Interior ranch roads make the ranch accessible for hunting and hiking.
Hunting:
There is an abundance of whitetail deer and turkey. Small vermints include raccoon, fox and ring-tail cat. There has not been any commercial hunting on the ranch for the past three years.

A small percentage of the minerals are available, subject to negotiation.
Fences:
Low net wire fence encloses three side of property. A new game fence as been constructed along the highway.
